HELLO!

We hope you all had an incredible time over the holidays and can’t wait to welcome you in soon!  

THE IMPORTANT STUFF! 

Just like all small business’s, we been hit hard by the constant uncertainty surrounding the pandemic. We are required to comply with all Health and Safety regulations. Masks are now mandatory through the entire duration of your appointment. If you are feeling unwell, or have been in contact with a positive case 6 or less days ago, we please ask you to reschedule your appointment (link found in the confirmation text message, or click here) Full disclosure – our team is fully vaccinated, and to attend your appointment you MUST be fully vaccinated along with continuing to maintain social distancing requirements and other hygiene measures, until the mandate changes. Sanitisation and cleanliness throughout the salon is impecable as usual. Upon entry to NEIKE, you are required to check in using the Services Vic app only. Medical certificates are not accepted.  Whilst we understand this is a sensitive topic for some and appreciate everyone’s situation is unique, we are not willing to debate the Health & Safety regulations which allow us to service you all. We are NOT able to accept new clients until further notice and our new client waitlist is unfortunatley full. 

SO, WHAT NEXT? 

Existing clients – If you’re double vaccinated and have been to NEIKE in the past 12 months, please contact us on 0411954378 and kindly let us know the service you wish to book, along with your preferred day of the week/hours that work for you and we will respond back with our next available appointment. 

New Clients –  In order for us to remain loyal to our clientele and those who have waited patiently on our waitlist, we have made the decision to close our new client waitlist as of October 2021. Unfortunately the pandemic has had an enormous impact on our availability and we’re so sorry! 90% of our clientele rebook their appointments, booking us out months in advance, so working like this just helps us ensure we remain as fair as possible to everyone.

If you were added to the waitlist before we closed it, we are hoping to make contact in March/April 2022, or as soon as we can accommodate you.

Please note, if it has been more than 12 months since your last booking, you fall under a new client.

WHEN YOU ARRIVE 

If you are having any colour/ highlight/balayage service (excluding toner only appointments), please arrive with relatively clean hair. 

A confirmation message is sent our to clients 5 days before their appointment. Please ensure you respond back Y, and will out the form attached to the message. 
When you arrive for your appointment, please use the QR code to check in to provide proof of your vaccination status. 

If you arrive for an appointment and are unable to provide your vaccination certificate, the appointment will be forfeited along with your booking deposit as this will be considered a late cancellation. A 50% fee will be taken from your booking and will be required to be paid in order to book a new appointment. 

AND LASTLY… 

The past two years have been financially and mentally taxing for us all. Now we want to look past this and move forward, so we’ve decided NEIKE will be a pandemic/ politics conversation free safe space. Myself and my team kindly ask this to be left at the door while you enjoy your hair experience, so you can relax and unwind, as you usually do!  

These times are unprecedented, and we may be forced to reschedule your appointment if your stylist/colourist becomes unwell. Rest assured we are doing all we can to ensure you receive the next available appointment.  Rudeness in any form will not be tolerated, by myself or our team.
